Last night I made some Amazing Grass muffins for today's pre-workout snack. Well, my grubby little paws ate them before noon. Meal Planning #FAIL! EFFBALLS! They are good! I definitely think they can be better, but it is what it is! Next time I'll use less grass and add in cocoa powder!
Chocolate Amazing Grass Muffins
2 scoops Amazing Grass Chocolate Infusion Superfood
50g No Sugar Added Applesauce
1/2scoop (1/2 ounce) All the Whey Protein Powder Blend (Cupcake Batter)
150g Liquid Egg Whites
20g Oat Bran
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1g Stevia
1) Preheat oven to 350*
2) Spray muffin tin
3) Toss all ingredients in blender or Magic Bullet and have at it
4) Pour into tins
5) Bake for 20 minutes
This made 5 muffins for me.
Nutritional breakdown for the entire recipe: 287 calories (5g Fat, 30g Carbs, 35g Protein)

I just received some amazing grass samples to try. I'm going to have to make these muffins with my samples because they sure look tasty. :D

great tip on the veggies too. me thinks i'm going to lurveeeee that you turned food bloggy. you know i always need new ideas. it's why i always FAIL after a few weeks. Blah!
