Snarky, but I like it

Today I will do what you won't, so that tomorrow I can do what you can't. -- Jerry Rice

I found that quote today while going through an old notebook. I just had to share!

I hope you all are having wonderful fulfilling days! :) I'm excited because tomorrow I am trying a new method of journaling, a la Melissa Cunningham! Find her blog and amazing journey to the Pro stage here.

Just out of curiosity... What do you like to see on blogs? I'm always at a loss as to what to focus on, so I'm a bit all over the place... but that's how I am in "real" life, too. :)

LOVE that quote!!! when my prep starts again,im going to post this on my blog..heh heh heh...
and also thanks for the shout out!! good luck with the journal thing....best advice is to keep organized-what i did starting out was use online stuff to track food, but made sure i physically WROTE it out on paper by the end of the day-eventually i stopped the online thing and just stuck with keeping all my stuff in one place...after a while i memorized the macros for my food, its sad,i know but us crazy is as crazy does....just do what works best for YOU!!!

I started journaling this last prep and it's the best thing ever! From the end of Sept~my show I was steadily dropping lbs. I look back and my eats were spot on. Now I THINK i'm eating on plan and then see the nut cluster here, the oh nuts there and realize i'm NOT :)

Love the quote, and it doesn't hurt that Jerry Rice is one of my all time favorite athletes! I've used an online food journal for years and love it. I have soooo many foods and recipes saved in it at this point, not to mention data, notes and progress measurements that I would be crushed if I lost it!

I love that quote, I need to write that one down and put it in my own blog.. not that I'm really good about keeping up with it these days : )

I'm not really fussy about blog content.. I LOVE to see food lol and recipies but I also like just reading about every day stuff and different methods of training.. it's all good. And for the record, I really enjoy reading your blog.
