I was Tweeted a FREE handy little goal sheet weeks ago! Now I am sharing it with you! I printed out two copies... because I do not like writing with pencil... and I don't like things marked out on my page. A little insane? Perhaps!

I've got some cards on hand and Im going to do this today. This is a great way to help with goals.

Good idea. I should keep a card in my pocket at work....where I tend to forget my goals with stress.
