Wednesday: crockpot chili, cornbread or noodles (to be determined!)
Thursday: pork tenderloin, sweet potatoes, green beans
Friday: slow cooker beef stroganoff, broccoli
Saturday: chicken enchiladas w/ salsa verde
Sunday: creole shrimp & sausage stew
