Ingredients
1c dry oats
1/2c oat flour (ground oats)
1/2c unsweetened applesauce
1t baking soda
1/2t baking powder
2 egg whites
4scoops BSN Lean Dessert Protein Powder, Whipped Vanilla
140g frozen blueberries (unsweetened)
Mix all ingredients except blueberries.
Fold in blueberries.
Pour in muffin tins and bake on 350 for approximately 20-25 minutes. Cooking time may vary.

Hi TASHA!!! I didn't really eat much dairy last prep, but I did have my oats on the carb cycle. It was my carb of choice. While it isn't exactly "wheat", a lot of oats are contaminated with wheat in the processing facilities.

GHAHHHHHH!!! I wish I could have these but Tim said no blueberries. :( Maybe I will make them and bring them to MM for breakfast the day after!
