As you can see, my sticky point wasn't so sticky. Usually getting below 128 is pure torture. One of my best pals (who constantly "hears" me whine about belly aches and bloat LOL!) suggested that I may be intolerant to certain foods, and gosh darnit, it looks like she is right. We've got it narrowed down to two things right now, and you know what? I don't miss either! I was eating this "junk" every day. Now wonder I couldn't get lean. I was always bloated and smooth looking. I'm so happy, and I am feeling so much better!
More details to come once I come to a finite conclusion as to what the main culprit is.
