I am not a morning person!

Morning cardio and I do NOT get along. We are like oil and water. I woke up before the buttcrack of dawn to do my cardio this morning. It took me an hour of moping around the house to finally get on the treadmill. Five minutes in, and I was mad at the world. This was NOT how I wanted to start my day. So, I have devised a plan!!! Right now I am not required to do any a.m. cardio, so I won't! I do, however, want to get my body used to moving at 5:30 in the morning, so I am going to incorporate a.m. pilates and yoga instead! Extra Bonus: ab work and flexibility -- two things I need major help with! And, maybe when a.m. cardio becomes mandatory I will be more willing to do it!

Sheesh. I suck in the morning. LOL!!
Do you have any morning cardio tips?

P.S. I am another pound down! That's 2.4 since Saturday.
Not that I am weighing myself daily or anything. hehe!

I used to do crew, so we had practices in the mornings. I guess I just had to wake up early and work out. I find that cardio is the best way to workout in the morning, and I might fall back a sleep if I do yoga. But hopefully you find something that works for you! Sorry I am not much help!

In my experience, it gets a lot easier the more you do it. I used to workout in the evenings all the time (6pm) but now I'm in the gym by 6a.m.!!

LOL on the procrastinating for an hour. I totally do that also :P

I agree with Sohee...I use to HATE getting up...but when it was the ONLY time I could get cardio in and I HAD to do it I just eventually got use to it (but, definitely with the help of a hefty dose of an awesome energy drink!) Keep at it...it will eventually get easier...now I LOVE getting up and getting all of my working out done before noon!
